A Naxal Commander , Eru Kedraka of Mangalpur in Narayanpatna block of Koraput district was arrested on Tuesday night . He was an expert in making of landmine and was involved in the landmine blast at Langalbeda in Narayanpatna last January and masny murder cases in the region, Deepak Kumar , SP of Koraput said .
